Meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM
Discussions were held regarding the 2024 Seasonal Camper Lease Agreement.
Comparisons of other campgrounds with similar amenities were made as well as the overall increased costs of operations which must be off set by additional revenue.
It was suggested to increase the season fee from $2,300.00 to $3,000, winter storage fees from $300 to $350, to change the late fee from $50. to $25.00 per day.
Because of the new rules prohibiting storage of jet skis and golf carts, it was agreed upon to allow campers to store those items in the back area for $100 per vehicle.
The daily, weekly and monthly rates for occasional campers would also increase for the 2024 season.
Additional inclusions to the 2024 lease would add verbiage regarding recommending all campers install a pressure reduction regulator on their water valve and surge protector for the electrical.
It was decided that these issues would be brought up at the regular monthly meeting, October 10, 2023 to allow transparency and camper input.
