Present: R. Ballard, T. Busch & S. Byer
The meeting was called to order to discuss and approve the Service Agreement between the Parks Department and Territorial Engineering for the design and permitting of the State Road 23 Kayak project.
The agreement was reviewed. T. Busch made the motion, seconded by S. Byer and passed 3-0 that the board would approve the agreement for $5,750.00 to be paid by K. Norem CVC group monies and that the Parks Department will not be financially responsible.
