It may mean any change, alteration, rearrangement, ot addition to existing facilities. Roger made a motion to accept these definitions, Rose seconded it and the motion was voted on. The motion carried. After discussion about the bills as presented by Mr. Callahan, it was agreed that he didn’t present the bills as requested. Roger made a motion that, based on the lack of proper presentation of the bills, all bills in 2015 and prior be rejected. Rose seconded the motion and a vote carried it. Mr. Callahan was notified that the rent is due in 60 days. A letter will follow. It was also noted that Mr. Callahan has never pulled any permits for the work performed. All work that requires permitting in the County must be pulled to do any work. With no further business, the meeting was adjourned. Respectfully submitted, Rosie Rose, Pro-‐tem Secretary
